camera can not turn on
When I press the powet key, the camera only shows light.The screen and camera are unresponsive

Hi @leesinyen
I know that the batteries cannot be charged inside the camera. You need to purchase a battery charger (example only) and charge the batteries outside of the camera.
Here's the user manual that shows everything about the camera, that may help. See the Selecting the Power Supply section for information about the power supply.

Hi @leesinyen,
Have you tried charging the batteries or replacing them with new fully charged NiMH rechargeable batteries, you didn't say?

@jayeff When I find this camera, there was no NIMH battery inside so I put two new AA battery. This battery cannot be recharged.
