Where are the power pads?

Any chance you can upload the picture again? I need to jump start because seems like the power button is broken. Thanks.

Update

Not sure is the same motherboard. I have a a1286 model, it's actually a mid 2009 MCP. here's the pic of the logic board.

Update

I'm not sure if the image uploaded successfully on iFixit, but found your email and want to make sure you get it.

My assumption is that based on my picture, once I remove the Keyboard ribbon I would count 5, from TOP down on my PIC and short with ground on the logic board.

Let me know if this accurate, I hope this will turn it back on, if it does, all I need to do is buy the keyboard as this is the one that powers on the laptop.

Thanks,

Audel

Update

This did the trick for me, I was able to power on the Macbook. Now I will only need to order the keyboard as this is not working properly and also holds the power button.

Thanks Oldturkey!!!!

A B the only thing I find in that service manual is this "-If no power, use conductive tool to short pin 5 of keyboard connector with ground on logic board as seen on image to the left. (Make sure you don’t touch any other pins on the connector.)"
