It may be a loose or split water pipe in the machine.
Here's the ifixit Keurig 2.0-400 Repair repair guide that may help.
Click on the water sensor or mini pump links in the guide, to view how to open the machine so as to get a good view of the piping and to see where the leak is occurring.
