How to factory reset it

Here's a link that shows how to hard reset (factory reset) the phone.

You will need to know the pattern or pin number for the phone to be able to do it this way.

Also if there is a Google account associated with the phone you will need to know the Google account ID and password so that you can access the phone again to set it up, after the hard reset has been done. This is due to the FRP lock (factory reset protection) being enabled by the hard reset.

FRP lock is a security feature in Android phones to stop others from resetting the phone and using it or selling it etc if it has been stolen etc
