I bought new I phone but it’s have a problem

As I am trying to say in title my phone had a problem the problem is my phone shut down suddenly when am using it I don't know what the problem is can you help me, please

Hi Hanna,

Can you clarify the problem with your phone? Does it boot up all the way to the passcode screen and let you log in? If so, time it from when you see the passcode screen until it shuts down and add that information to your question. It may be rebooting every three minutes due to a sensor failure.

Otherwise, please describe in detail what you see from when you power up the phone until it shuts down and how long that process takes and we'll see what we can do to help you figure out what's wrong with it.

I take it returning the phone to where you purchased it isn't an option?
