Why is my camon 17 not booting

@omowunmiemeana just because your phone says it has charged the battery 100% does not mean that it really is. The battery has a board on it that controls rate of charge etc and this may have failed. For that reason you want to try a new battery. Next part to replace after that is the charging board. Your CAMON uses a small charging board to distribute the USB power tec to the main board. You'd be looking for something like this Do not forget to check the flex cable that connects the charging board to the main board.

You can check the charging by connecting a voltmeter to the battery connector. Once you plug your charger in, the voltage on that will have to go up (around 4.2V) that way you know you are getting power to the battery connector from the charging board.
