Hi @jakeson
Just verifying that the PC turns on OK but there's no video output is this correct?
If it does then it seems that the GPU card has failed for some reason, although it can still communicate with the motherboard otherwise the PC would have failed POST (Power On Self Test) on startup.
Not sure that what you mean by "pc works plugged into MB"?
If the PC doesn't start OK as there are a few different makers and versions of a B650M motherboard e.g. Asus Tuf Gaming, Prime Gigabyte Aorus Elite, DSH3. etc, which particular make and model is yours?
How did you do a BIOS flash without a display?
Try connecting a system speaker (supplier example only) to the appropriate header pins on the motherboard (check in your motherboard's user manual for either "speaker" or "buzzer" header pin location) and then turn on and check if any beep error codes are produced indicating what's wrong
Here are some links that may help Gigabyte beep error codes, Asus beep error codes
Hi @jakeson
I was updating my answer as you replied so maybe re read it just in case
For the system speaker header see the SPK_PLED1 header pinout on p.39 of the user manual, the location is Item #16 on p.6
Here's an image of the beep error codes used by Asrock
