Laptop not turning on
when click on power ON button then on keyboard only caps lock button light blinking continuously.

What colour is the Caps Lock button and how many times does it blink?
Usually it is not a continuous blink but a pattern of blinks that are repeated after a small pause between each set.
The blinks are an error code that tells you what's wrong.
