Phone snapped in half - Retrieve pictures
Samsung phone is snapped in half. Is it possible to download all images from it?

Okay, with the right phone tagged and your pictures I think there's a fair chance you may be able to recover from this. It looks to me like the phone broke in a line between where the battery and the motherboard meet and from what I can tell I think the motherboard may be intact.
If that's the case, then your best bet would be to pick up another phone of the same model that's got an FRP lock. Remove the motherboard from your phone and swap it over to the new phone.
Your existing phone appears to be a total loss. The screen is obviously dead, the midframe is toast, from the looks of the flex cable connector the auxiliary board is a wreck and I doubt I'd trust that battery. So yeah, salvage the motherboard and the parts with it like the cameras and sensors and move them all to another chassis.
I'd say your next step is to go ahead and pull the motherboard and verify that it's intact. Here's the guide to follow to pull the board.

I'd say to follow it up through Step 36; I see no reason to remove the cameras; just transfer them along with the motherboard to the new chassis.
Once you get the motherboard free, post some pictures of it and we'll see if we can spot any damage to it that might keep you from being able to do a successful transplant.

From the looks of it, data recovery should be possible but it's hard to tell from the image. See if you can find a local repair shop that handles data recovery, they should know what to do.

Just verifying that the images weren't stored on an SD card in the phone or that there's no backup in the cloud?
If the systemboard is literally broken in half and if the nand memory chips on the board are still OK and not damaged or lost, you may be able to find a data retrieval company that might be able to do something but it will be very expensive.

Can you post pictures of the phone? In particular we want to see if we can determine whether the motherboard is intact or not.
Unfortunately the motherboard extends the entire length of the phone so anything "snapped in half" almost certainly means the logic board has been destroyed and if that's the case then jayeff's suggestion is your best bet.

Math, I'm having a hard time matching up your pictures with those on the Galaxy S10 guides. Can you verify if yours is an S10 or some other model?
