What is the make and model number of the computer or motherboard if a custom build?

If a custom build what is the make and model number of the CPU?

How much ram is installed at the moment in the PC?

Is there a HDD or a SSD installed in the PC at the moment?

What Operating System is installed in the PC i.e. Win7, Win8.1, Win10 Linux etc
