ifixit does not do repairs.
This forum is about empowering you to try and do the repair yourself.
Here's the DualSense Controller V1 guide that will help.
It shows how to replace the battery and also the microphone.
ifixit has replacement batteries in stock - click on the parts link in the battery section of the guide. Note the warning about shipping batteries. Alternatively search online for RA202105 battery to find suppliers that suit you best.
