Options

Crushed ice only dispensing even though cube is selected

I watched Nel utube video about the solenoid needing to move up and down freely. Mine was stuck and frozen in the down position. I used hair dryer the thaw out ..worked perfectly 1 time. I checked and it is stuck again so back to crushed only. We only use cubed almost exclusively.

How can we fix this

You may have to replace the solenoid.

Search online for WR62X23154 to find suppliers that suit you best. Note: It comes as a kit as you can't get the individual parts that it is made up from.
