I tried to download Ventura software in MacBook
Pro 15 but couldn’t boot so I shut down from option and after that trying to start with power button and not starting again .

What is the color of the MagSafe cords LED? Amber or Green.

@gary64521 - Carefully disconnect the battery following this guide Remplacement de la batterie du MacBook Pro 15"Retina mi-2015 also inspect the battery to see if it’s puffy, if it is you may need to replace it. But for now with nothing connected and the battery not connected press and hold the power button for a goo 15secs that will de-energies the logic board. Now just plug in your MagSafe charger. The system should spontaneously restart, let it fully boot up and do a clean shutdown. Now reconnect the battery and try to restart the system again, did it startup this time?

This sounds like a logic board issue then. Time to find someone with the tools and skills to debug the logic board.
