I got a call on my phone, I picked it up and put it to my ear. After that the phone screen turns off. But when I go to cut the call, the screen does not turn on. I can't cut the phone. I have to turn off the phone completely.so what is my phone issu

There seems to be a problem with the proximity sensor in the phone.
There are two things that you can try.
a). Calibrate the proximity sensor and check if that fixes the problem.
b). Disable the proximity sensor. To disable the sensor go to Settings → System Apps → Call Settings → Incoming call settings and disable Proximity sensor and check if this works. Note: Be aware that now the screen will stay on during a call and not turn off.
