Bios and system loader files recovery

I wanted to install Kali Linux on my laptop but I Don't got it so I decided to do it tomorrow so I just closed the screen of laptop which looks laptop to sleep mode when I turn on the laptop in the morning it is now in a recovery mode and now Don't boot up and stuck on the recovery mode and not even go into the recovery environment all the operating system is damaged and now doesn't loads up and not even install windows from the usb it is plz kindly help me thank u.
