Not working touch id a2141

Hello. The power button works, but it does not work, so how to find out what the problem is?

Доброго дня. Купив нову матиринську плату бо моя поламалася в мене завжди touch id працював, поставив плату з донора в мій ноутбук і тепер не можу добавити відбиток пальця пише "Помилка Не вдається завершити операцію реєстрацію touch id" моя материнка мала i7 512gb а донор має i9 і 1тб

кнопка ввімкнення працює але не працює чомусь touch id.

Може по логам можна оприділити проблему? В чому може ще бути

p.s пробував скинати параметри і тд нічого не допомога

The power button works but TouchID does not work for some reason.

Can you give us a bit more here as it's not very clear what is or is not working. The more details the better!

На жаль, кнопка живлення/блок TouchID одружений на логічній платі. Таким чином, змінна логічна плата повинна була поставлятися з кнопкою, з якою вона була розроблена. В основному ідентифікатор кнопок запрограмований на платі логічного керування, і його неможливо змінити.

English: Sadly, the power button/TouchID unit is married to the logic board. So the replacement logic board should have come with the button it was designed to work with. Basically the buttons ID is programmed into the logic board and there is no means to alter it.

Тобто мені треба встановити ту кнопку яка була із платою? Бо це довгий процес треба знову розбирати ноутбуки і замінювати кнопки touch id.

Сьогодні спробую установити рідну кнопку і про результат відпишусь.
