If you see on the part you have described from the Ifixit store, the second picture does have blue tape on the edges of the screen. This does usually indicate that the item does have an adhesive layer already. I would however give the advice of ordering adhesive as a security should there be a difference in the stocked product and the pictures taken from a previous batch.
