Your in luck! While a pain to replace as you need to remove the logic board to get to the inner case area where it’s glued with hot glue Changement carte mère iMac Intel 21,5" écran Retina 4K (2017) (you’ll need a heat gun to soften the adhesive to get it off). Here’s the needed part 21.5” iMac Headphone Socket and Cable. I find you really need to fully clean off the old adhesive and after warming the case area and the part a fresh application of hot glue is the best way as it’s hard to mount the plate tightly to the case with the old glue present.
