Looking to replace adaptive defrost control board."ADC" board.
There are 2 board and i dont know which one
Is ADC board .
Board #1 p/n W10453401 &
P/n w10778731
Someone please help

Have you checked if the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat are both OK, you didn't say?
If either one is faulty then it won't defrost.
Here's the tech sheet for your refrigerator.
Enter the service diagnostic mode as described by the sheet and perform Service Tests #6, #7 and #38 and check.

According to this supplier (scroll down to questions) the board that controls the defrost cycle is Whirlpool p/n W10807590 Found this when searching for p/n W10453401 that you posted
The interesting thing is that board W10807590 looks identical to the one with p/n W10778731 that you posted so perhaps go with your p/n W10778731.
