the camera turns on and the display works but the lens won’t retract. Buttons are functional as they make noise when clicking. I don’t know what to do please help :/

@emmadatja you can try the idea as described on here If none of those work you may have to replace the lens. Of course, you can always try and fix the lens but parts are really not available.
