I actually bought it secind handed and thr seller told me that it was in good condition,then when i tried to charge it it showing charging but it takes a lot of time and never gets to full charge.

What power adapter are you using to charge your tablet? It may have a low amount of wattage, probably causing the tablet to charge extremely slow. Try a larger and faster charging adapter, and the tablet may be able to charge fast.

@adrianmana16965 besides trying a better charger, you will also need to consider the age of the device and the history. If this battery is the original or even a changed one that is a few years old, this could be the issue. I'd replace the battery and then re-evaluate.

battery has been exposed v low temperature replace ! can happen eg left on top of a freezer
par steve can fixit
