low suction and no blocked pipes
Any ideas to strip it down as I've cleaned all the filters and accessible pipes

Here's a video that may help.
If there's a faulty part and it needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and then search online for the part number of the part, to hopefully find suppliers.
