Laptop not turning on due to battery error
Every time i start it , it shows battery capacity decreased due to heat or weather conditions laptop won't run , even if it boots on it will turn off automatically after 3-5 mins

Does it do this when the charger is connected?
What is the full model number of the battery as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
