Steelshock 4 v2 controller not charging

My Steeldigi Steelshock 4 v2 controller won't draw any amp from outlet.

I have disassembled and removed the battery. I have tied to measure some points. The usb connector shows 5 volt. There are test point ad shows 5 volt everywhere it should. The battery connector in diode mode shows 0.009v is it ok?

There is an U4 chip place, but no chip, between the battery connector and the charging port.

How should I progress to identify the problem?

Can anyone help me with this?
