PC on but monitor shows no hdmi connection
PC turns on but screen shows hdmi not connected and CPU debug light. I have done all basic repair but it's not working.

A CPU debug light is indicating that the CPU is not being detected or it has failed. The PC is not passing POST (Power On Self Test) after it is turned on.
Check if the PSU is supplying all the correct voltages to the motherboard by doing the paperclip test to turn on the PSU so that you can measure the voltages at the PSU's motherboard cable plugs (disconnected from the motherboard).
If the PSU is OK then you could try another compatible CPU and if it is no good either, if the motherboard model number is an MS-7C02 (look on the motherboard for the number), you will need the schematic to find the problem. Perhaps check if the power mosfets near to the 6 pin power connector on the motherboard are OK and not burnt out.

What model of MSI motherboard is your. What basic repairs have you done? We are good but we can't read minds.

Motherboard model : MSI tomahawk B450
Basic repairs : remove and plugged RAM, SSD, Processor, PSU, BIOS battery and cleane them and again assembled as usual, then again happened same, pc fans works and light ups but in motherboard's debug section it's showing CPU light. That's it.
Please help me if you can.

Hi @vedantpujari Did you check for a bent pin on the CPU. Was there a desent amount - not too much, not enough or just right - of heat paste on the CPU/heat sink?
