LG V60 ThinQ

The LG V60 ThinQ 5G, commonly referred to as the LG V60, is an Android phablet manufactured by LG Electronics as part of the LG V series. It was announced in February 2020 and is the successor to the LG V50 ThinQ. On April 5, 2021 LG announced it will be shutting down its mobile phone division and ceasing production of all remaining devices. LG noted the phone will be available until existing inventory runs out.

Cannot open "select usb configuration"

I recently acquired an lgv60 from a family member. They bought it new but didnt like it so it sat for awhile. I love the phone to death but I want to connect to a midi controller to use with and app Hexen I use. I went into dev options to go select usb configuration and the window opens for a fraction of a second before vanishing. I cant change it at all. My older phone connects fine to the midi controller and my buddies lgv60 even connects to the same controller just fine. Anyway to deduce the issue?

Have you checked that the firmware is up to date?

Go to Settings - Lock screen and security - security update.

Does it work OK when using the phone in safe mode?
