My laptop is suddenly turn off and not TURN ON

Use a digital multimeter (DMM) and check if there's 19V DC on the output plug of the charger or connect another known working, compatible charger to the laptop and check if the charge light turns on or not.

If the charger tests OK but the light still doesn't turn on, there may be a problem with DC-In jack (aka Power adapter port) in the laptop. What can sometimes happen is that the centre +ve pin of the jack breaks internally, and this opens the power path between the charger and the motherboard.

Here's the owner manual for the laptop series that will help to test if the DC-In jack is OK or not.

Go to p.43 to view the procedure to remove the power adapter port.

You only have to disassemble far enough to gain access to the cable plug end of the port cable so that you can unplug it from the motherboard.

Once it is disconnected from the board, connect the charger to the laptop in the normal manner and then use a DMM to check if there's 19V DC when measuring between the red and black wires at the cable plug.

If there's is no 19V DC at the cable plug, then the jack is faulty and needs to be replaced, as it cannot be repaired. Search online for M03W3 to find a replacement.

If there is 19V DC at the cable plug, then there's a problem on the motherboard and further testing using the schematics would be needed to find out what's wrong.
