Hi @pankajrajput

Plug in a USB mouse or mobile phone into the USB ports and check if power is being supplied by the port i.e. mouse laser light turns on or mobile phone shows that it is charging.

If there is no power being supplied by the USB port check the USB power management setting in Device Manager to see if the ports may have been turned off.

To get to Device Manager in Win10/11, press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link in the options box that opens.

When is Device Manager, scroll down to Universal Serial Bus controllers - click on the > symbol to expand the list - right click on USB Root Hub - Properties - Power management and see if the option which says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked. If it is uncheck it - click OK.

Do this for all the Root Hub entries listed.

Then close Device Manager and restart the laptop in the normal manner and once it has turned back on etc, check if the USB are working.
