What is the model number of the Boat (is it BoAtStone?) BT speaker?
If it has an Aux plug, do you hear audio when connecting the speaker to the headphone jack of a mobile phone using a suitable cable?
With some BoAtStone models you have to briefly press the Power button to switch to Aux mode.
