Samsung hw-j355 Soundbar Not Powering On

Bit of a rookie here...

I have a Samsung HW-J355 Soundbar that no longer powers on. I have fixed small obvious things in the past but there are no obvious faults and I am trying to diagnose this problem. Anyone out there who can guide me to anything that would help me (a beginner) diagnose a power issue on a board where I do not have schematics or anything of that nature? Or does anyone have specific experience with this Soundbar that can help?

@zacklore time to open it up and to check a few things. Main part to check is the power supply and the main board but we will have to see your board. Post some good (large and well focused image) with your Question. Here is the guide for that Ajout d'images à une question existante

I do have the manual for the Samsung HW H355but to make sure that the contacts and IC's to check are at least close to the same as on your board, we will have to see it.

Update (02/28/25)

@zacklore thank you for those images. Looks like the boards are identical to the one in the manual. Nothing obviously damaged from what I can see so go ahead and follow the No Power flowchart. Let us know what you find out.

Thanks for your help. I have added a few images (hopefully they are clear enough). If you need more or something specific, please let me know.

@oldturkey03 I checked the PCN1 voltage and that seems to be okay. I am now trying to check pin #62 of the UIC1. I added 2 more images... assuming that is the correct chip we are looking at, can you help me find pin #62? This is still very new to me and I tried looking it up but I did not get much helpful info. Thanks again for your help so far, I appreciate it.

@oldturkey03 Ha ha... the corner just has gray/silver marker on it, from the manufacturer I imagine. This is the first time I have opened up the board this far.

I am only getting 2.6V on that pin not 3.4V. Does that mean that chip needs to be replaced?

@zacklore check that particular trace and see if there are any components that look damaged.

@oldturkey03 I added 2 more images. The trace leads to that hole (a via?) so I checked the other side. I don't see any visual evidence of damage. I tested the caps near there and got beeps from them so they seem to be okay. Any other ideas on where/what to check?
