Easy fix with patience

Moving the screen and cover caused the screen to blip in and out, the cable was definitely compromised.

Ma solution

With the help of the instructions on the website it went great. Laptop's like new.

Mon conseil

Be careful unplugging components, some connections come off vertically, some laterally and some just twist off. I also taped the screws onto a white sheet of paper and marked where they came from for easy reassembly.
