Easy repair, less than an hour

Mon problème

Daughter stumbled and crunched corner of her laptop, but luckily only the lower case and fan were damaged.

Ma solution

Very easy repair. I skipped step #6. If she didn't have homework I would've had my daughter do the repair herself (with my supervision).

Mon conseil

Purchased new lower case on eBay. Probably didn't need to replace fan-- the case is very thin and could be bent back into shape-- but I did anyway. Thank you, iFixit!
