SATA Cable Replacement

Mon problème

Computer would sporadically become unresponsive while in use (spinning beach ball). Often when restarting it would suggest there was no start up disk. After installing a new HDD the problem persisted, so this was the next logical course of action.

Ma solution

New cable replacement was simple as the old cable gave first hand view on how it should be installed.

Mon conseil

The SATA cable is very delicate. Use care when installing. Keep track of the tiny screws!
