Intel Arc A310 Repair

The Intel Arc A310 is a budget GPU, and Intel's second discrete Graphic Processing Unit for the Consumer market following the Intel Arc A380 which was released earlier the same year. The Arc A310 was launched on September 28th, 2022.

The Intel Arc A310 features AI upscaling with Intel XeSS (Xe Super Sampling Technology), Raytracing, DirecX12 Ultimate support and native AV1 media hardware encoding with 4 GB of VRam.

The Intel Arc A-series, known as codename Alchemist, previously known as codename DG2 is the first generation of Intel Arc GPUs, which comes as mobile (laptop), desktop and workstation form factors. The Alchemist series uses Intel Xe-HPG architecture and supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, OpenCL 3.0 and AV1 hardware encoding.

The Alchemist series was first announced in a press release in August 2021, with an official announcement in March 2022, with the A-series release on March 30th, 2022. The Intel Arc A310 got released later the same year, on September 28th, 2022.

The Intel Arc A310 features multiple graphic card partners and vendors with different specifications and appearances. The GPU model can usually be found on the product sticker, often on the GPU's backside. The Intel Arc graphic cards typically features the Intel Arc lettering on the side.

The GPU can be identified in Windows though the Task Manager, by:

• Navigate to the Performance Tab
• Locate the GPU section
