1. Flip the keyboard upside down so the bottom is angled towards you.

  2. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the twenty-seven 12 mm screws from the dark gray bottom panel.

    • Remove the bottom panel by lifting the bottom panel up and outward from yourself.

    • Flip the entire keyboard so the keys face up, and be careful not to let the bottom drop.

    • Flip the top half of the keyboard and set onto the bottom half with the internal parts facing up.

    • Completely unscrew and remove the screws holding the broken string of keys in place.

    • Pull up the top layer of white keys to remove them from the keyboard.

    • Pull up on the last layer of white keys to remove them.

    • Push the black keys toward the front of the keyboard and rotate them until they fall out of the keyboard.

    • Replace the group of broken keys with new ones and screw all of the keys back in place.
