Step 2. Research via IFIXIT>>HDES

Step 3. Contact your Sr. FSP or My Teams in D365 if Sr. FSP is unavailable.

Step 4. If additional support is required, Senior Tech contacts RESM and Divisional Trainer.

Step 5. If OEM support is needed contact RESM and Divisional Leaders *Except when warranty issues
