Slow start up and wake up can be cause by one or more of the following problems * Not enough memory (RAM) (1) Lots of programs starting with the computer (2) Thermal throttling (running to hot) (3) Damaged hard drive Not enough memory (RAM): How much memory is installed? You can find this out by following this guide. (1) Click Start then right click on Computer (2) A menu will pop up. Click on Properties. This will open your systems basic information page. (3) If you look under the heading Installed memory (RAM) it should list how much memory is installed in GB. I recommend minimum of 4GB now days. Hello Warren (1) If you hold your windows key and then tap R you should get a run box. (2) In the run box type %userprofile% and then click OK If this doesn't work try this (1) If you hold your windows key and then tap R you should get a run box. (2) In the run box type C:\users and then click OK. This should open a windows with a list of profiles on the computer. Double click on your user profile and you should then see your document folder. Hello Vinay How was your day / night. Why do you think you need to do a hard reset? If you need a user manual you can download one from here. Airwheel doesn't state how to or if it can be hard resetted. I would contact Airwheel using this form. Hope this helps. David

Hello Treehousierirc (1) Make sure you have typed the right password as a lot of devices now check the password in real time (as you type) (2) Also if you are using WPA and WPA2 you must have a minimum of 8 characters. You can get out of this mode by removing the battery and then reinserting the battery and turning the phone back on. All touch screen phone screens are made up of third parts (1) Glass (2) Digitiser (3) Screen (LCD or OLED) Most phones screens fuse all three of the above together making it almost impossible to separate without damaging the screen. Most phone repair places don't even try as the amount of time needed out ways the cost to charge the customer for a full screen (all three of the above parts) Assembly. LCD screens are much cheaper than OLED I can find a full Screen Assembly for Xiaomi Redmi 2 for only AU$23.43 Hope this helps

Hello blueeyedtweety6 How was your day? Steps to try mate. (1) First try the easiest. Restart the tablet and see if the camera problem is still there. (2) If it is try restarting your tablet in safe mode to see if it is a app that is coursing the camera problem. How to restart into safe mode (3) # If the camera now works then most likely and downloaded app is coursing the problem. Start uninstalling apps once out of safe mode to see if you suddenly can use the camera again. (4) If the camera still doesn't work in safe mode then I recommend restarting the tablet back into normal mode and backing up all of your data. I would then recommend doing a factory reset. (5) If a factory reset doesn't work then most likely it is the camera itself needs to be replaced or reconnected. Hope this helps David My Computer Dude
