(as of March 20, 2017) Changing the bulb is easy. Remove the clock assembly with a plastic spudger or a flathead screwdriver with tape on the tip (to prevent marring). Pop the entire clock assembly out of the dash bezel from the bottom edge. It just snaps out. Inspect the clips to make sure you did not damage or break any of them. (Probably not an issue - mine came out very easily.) The clock bulb is the little recessed circle in the circuit board. Smally twist counterclockwise and it is loose. It can be difficult to remove, though; it hangs up on the edges of the hole it lives in. Be patient. (I understand that you know this. This is for future researchers.) The hazard switch has two detent tabs, one on each side. Press them and push the switch unit out from the clock bezel from behind. Yes, it comes out toward the front.
