what do you mean by “metallic sound”? you mean like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtBiY2sP... I would return it and get a new one or get a different brand speaker (this is a common issue with JBL speakers, from what I see in my internet research). if you decide not to return it, open it up (when you do, it’ll be harder for you to return it!). check the speaker wire connection to the speaker terminals - from personal experience, it’s probably a loose connection (i.e. you’ll have to resolder it) .
Plus d'informationHey there, so this could be a hardware or software issue. how could it be a SW issue? The operating system of any machine (laptop, cellphone, etc.) manages its power settings (e.g. how to allocate power based on programs and apps, how the device is charged, how much power it should use when on sleep mode, when it should auto-shut down so the device won’t turn off during mid process, etc.). For software issue, you can try the factory reset or make sure the firmware is up to date. I’m guessing this phone isn’t rooted or modified in some way you should tell us about? as for backing up everything, just google search: android backup pc program. look into this '''https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000025-1438110404543-lg-backup-lg-switch''' otherwise, all your data should be in your SD card right? and as for the logging into a bunch of accounts - yea I feel you, it is really annoying. however, no matter how you back up your device, you’ll always have to sign back into your apps and accounts. this is...
Plus d'informationI don’t think it’s an issue with the ribbon cable - if it were, you’d see issues with the image any time the screen is displaying (including the logo at boot up), right? I’d say go with your plan - swap out the Tcon board. also, check the ribbon cable connection at the receptacle on the tcon board - I’ve made the mistake of latching the cable while the pins weren’t aligned or fully inserted into the receptacle. i’m sure you’ve already double checked this :)
Plus d'informationhey Jonathan, check this out: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Ymitn-Mobile-Electronic-panel-mainboard-Motherboard-Circuits-Cable-For-Sony-xperia-XZ-Premium-G8141-G8142/32873040292.html make sure this particular motherboard is compatible with yours (i.e. matching xperia model number or is compatible with your xperia model)
Plus d'informationHi Tinker, lets try hacking into your computer via recovery boot + command line 1. boot up into recovery mode: there are few ways to do this, depending on the operating system you're using. trying these: > when you see the windows logo on as the computer is turning on, press F8 or Shift + F8 > when you're at the login screen, look for the on-screen power button and and when you see the options (sleep, shutdown, restart...), hold down Shift and click restart 2. you'll find some options to recover your computer. any chance you backup an image or a recovery point? if so, you can just select that option to easily return a point before the password was assigned. 3. if you didn't have any backups, no worries. Let's use the command prompt (located in advance options of the recovery mode) to create you a new account. and this time with admin privileges and a password :) - enter command prompt screen within the recovery mode - type the following and replace the unbolded words with your username and password,...
Plus d'informationHi Mary, there might be an issue with the clamping force the rolling pads have against the tray - two mechanical parts contribute to grip and pull the papers through: 1. the axis around which the rolling pads rotate - rods/shaft, which constitute the central axis of the rolling components/pads, need to be firmly joined to the rolling components firmly. a loose coupling will result in the loss of rotational control - imagine you're trying to turn the door knob without a firm grip. - take a look at the rubber-like grommet which acts to fill the gap between the joining of the rod and the rolling pads. if anything is loose, push the grommet back in so that the rolling pads are fixed in position along the length of the rods. 2. clamping joint of the axial rods (mentioned in 1) - as you can imagine, printers and similar builds require flexibility when handling something fragile. this is achieved by multiple joints which allow slight degrees of variation in whatever they are clamping. so in this case, if you used...
Plus d'informationdepending on which brand you have, this seems like either: the tablet manufacturers didn't design the hardware to process both signals using power banks separated through relays and switch components. Or the circuit was capable of such features but couldn't sustain the somewhat precision voltage regulation with time. another equally likely (or tandem) issue lies with your OS. check firmware has a great deal in power management (through digital signals) and can a lot of times hide under the appearance of faulty hardware. What is the model and brand you have and how long have you had it? one thing you could try is to open up the body and just check if your internal battery is spatially out of place (even the slightest can cause whatever bad luck one has), has a loosen connection at the receptacles (e.g. at the external power input site), general swelling or mishappen body (in which case you gotta throw this battery away and replace asap, etc.
Plus d'informationtwo questions: (1) how long have you had the laptop? * was the laptop plugged into the wall or running on battery? I got couple ideas and similar experiences.. Lenovo hardware known for Power management settings 1- have you installed any new software or firmwares recently? and in addition to hdd change, how do you manage your power settings? I also have a lenovo (x1) and I found my computer doing the same thing (although mine does turn on when I forced shut it for like 10 seconds). turns out Lenovo is collecting complaints from customers who have trouble cycling their computers back on from sleep or hibernation because of hardware/firmware conflicts. if your comp does turn back on, then change your power settings as closely as you can to their default options and watch for the weight of graphic processing. After I removed my custom "what happens when you shut the lid, etc" settings, I don't run into this problem anymore. Rule out dead battery 2- have you noticed anything lagging about your battery life?...
Plus d'informationHey Lars, Going off on the model year, Dan is probably right about the fan needing replacement. but also, check out this article: http://maccrazy.com/macbook-air-heat-fan-noise Using a different apple unit, they outline software-related issues, in addition to the hardware , when assessing the occassionally observed overheating of apple's laptops. I actually had the model you had an depending on OS updates and whether they addressed power cycle management in their firmware updates, I got stung with burns. and same with the macbook air i have now. (but that's because I dropped the computer :) ) good luck!
Plus d'informationAnother possibility is that the position of the blades shifted from a bump or lose screw, etc. and the resulting misalignment could render any tool useless. could you describe and/or post some pictures of how they the cut is coming out? that way we can assess based on pulling at certain points along the bag or rotation of cutting path could narrow down the issue. thanks
