Just putting it here because I had an 6s with the same issue and found that the culprit was the aerial jumper linkage in the top left of the phone, doesn’t look faulty but there was a definite resolution of the signal issue when it was replaced. It was initially very dirty so I cleaned it the first time but didn’t help. So if all else is failing then this might be just the answer you are looking for.

I actually saw this for the first time today on a 6+, may not be the same issue though as this one would be fine but freak out periodically go all staticy then screen would go blank, I worked out that somehow the phone had overfilled the memory by 2.5Gb (don't ask me how or why that was just what iTunes told me) and I noticed that it had downloaded the latest update so I installed it (freed up about 3Gb) and it seemed to come right, hasn't freaked out yet (after about 3 hours of testing)

Sorry mate but I doubt that you will find just the controller, generally the frequencies are hard bonded to the individual vehicle, this allows two of the same vehicles to be used at the same time without interfering with each other. Your best bet is to either repair the old one or find an old controller and tune the frequency to match the vehicle. Good Luck

They say this as the devices are made to be used with normal batteries and rechargeable's have a slightly higher amperage and voltage so the can theoretically damage a device but many years ago i had a GB colour and used it with rechargeable's and never had any issues. But I stress that it is at your own risk if you do use rechargeable's.

You need to replace the screen, The LCD ( the bit that produces the pictures) will be broken. If you're doing this yourself and is your first attempt, go slow and follow a guide otherwise it will be cheaper to buy another device than pay someone to do it for you. Good luck

I doubt that your camera has a virus, I would probably say that it's more likely to be an issue with the camera's LCD display but you haven't given enough information to be sure.

Do a factory restore, pull the battery out and put it back in to ensure it is off, Press and hold the Power+Volume up+Home buttons at the same time. Release the Power button when the Phone vibrates. Continue to hold the Volume+Home buttons until the Android logo appears. From the Android system recovery screen, select wipe data/factory reset.

Ok I found the answer to my question. Use the original Samsung Kies (Kies 3 doesn't work). It will let you read the .spba file and save it as .vcf or .csv. Too easy, Thanks for the effort.
