Start by restarting the phone. Hopefully that will fix it. If not go into Settings, Navigation Bar and make sure the Navigation type you desire is chosen. If nothing else deselect then select it again to make sure the system resets your selection. Give your choices a try and with any luck all is well.
Open the door on the back and check for a jam or small piece of paper obstructing the feed. Pull out the paper tray and check for obstructions. In the paper try the paper needs to be as close to the feed end of the tray as possible and the tray in all the way.
This worked for me. If you are connected to a wifi network, you are using the wifi. Are you stating that your cellular data only works when it's enabled but not connected to a wifi network? Do you see the 4GLTE icon at the top of your screen? Check Settings>Wirleless&networks and ensure the state of the cellular network is enabled. If it is and the cellular data is not working you can try to reset the network information by opening up your dialer and entering ##72786# and tapping yes. This will take you thru the activation steps once more and you should have your cellular data working once more.

I don’t know anything about a TCL Roku TV or the phone app. I do have some suggestions. Use the 2.4 Ghz. NOT the 5 Ghz if you have a choice. Yes, 5 is sometimes faster but it has less range and is not as stable. Check your network settings and look for an option to forget networks. Go into each one and forget them all, 100% all of them. Also, I would suggest resetting the TV to factory default at this time. When that is complete set you network connection up again on the 2.4 Ghz. side. Check to see how strong the signal is for your information. I think what is happening your TV is getting a low or interrupted signal and trying to connect again but not finding a stable connection. You may need to reposition the TV or router to insure a stable connection. Hopefully this is not too much trouble for you and that it works,
It is a major bug in some of these tablets. I have one that is OK and the other will not rotate correct. RCA could not help. I found; https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai... I use the full rotation modal and it works great.
Game mode is a display option. Turn on the PS4 if your Smart TV does not auto select the correct HDMI input use your remote and slowly move through the inputs by pressing the Input button slowly until you see the PS4 screen.
If you remove it from the area it is glued to you need to have a nonflammable container and oven mitts or pad available to get it outside ASAP if it is tears open. I have never had one catch fire but they get extremely HOT!
I had this happen to a n Epson. It was a while back and I forget the details. I called Epson support. Don’t know where I found a number. The had me hit sequences of buttons to factory reset the printer. It worked and the printer was fine after that.
