I have never had problems with PlayStation. Xbox is useless. Disgusting how they continue to get away with this. Same problems. I contacted customer services who have told me to return my controller for replacement, leaving me with no access for a month while I continue to pay online expenses. Whole unit was bought less than two months ago and never worked. I can’t see how replacing handset is going to change the mute icon on home screen when it’s there permanently even when the handset isn’t synced.
