Will there be a full teardown for this device?
The Spansion chip is probably the Serial Flash Memory and the one on its right is likely the Microcontroller (Probably STMicroelectronics WLCSP form) as shown in another watch made by the same company. The FPGA (Lattice Semiconductor) is to the left of the Serial Flash Memory while the DC-DC Converter is on the bottom left next to the inductor.
Pebble Time Teardown
I added it in another step; once they approve, you should be able to see it, or you can click on the ‘unverified version’ at the top of this guide to see it now. I left space in steps just in case I can add more stuff in them.

CXD- is a Sony part number
The memory/NAND Flash combination in one chip is getting more and more common for smartphones now of days.
Trying to figure them out still. I labeled everything I can and is waiting for iFixit approval.
Unfortunately, iFixit does not do in-depth of an analysis of products. However, Techinsights does but the report for this device (https://www.techinsights.com/products/dd...) is still in creation as of I am writing this.
Just note that obtaining those reports from them comes through a subscription than a report-by-report basis.
If you can, can you post the teardown of the charging case too?
