I was finally able to get through by slicing a utility knife around the seam with multiple passes, could probably be done more safely with a rotary tool. Careful not to go too deep there are a few things on the board that stick up past the seam.
I just moved mine to a different door and when I press the Yale button on the keypad it just starts clicking and says the deadbolt is jammed. I can easily lock/unlock the deadbolt with no resistance by hand with the knob. Any idea what I should do from here to get it working?
