My name is Randy Johnson. I have been working in the field of electronics and technology for the last 35 years. I was a Radioman in the US Navy, owned and operated an Electronic Repair Business that fixed consumer electronic equipment and computers, and worked for Microsoft as the lead support specialist for a number of their products.
I hope you find my repair guide informative and helpful. I'll be assembling more repair guides in the near future.
