Low Battery
Low battery will cause a poor performance of the speaker, affecting bluetooth connection and the signal it receives.
- Low battery is shown by one flashing white light next to the power button. Plug the provided charging cable into the charging port to charge the battery.

Going Out of Range
To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection keep two devices connected within a distance of 66ft.
Connection Was Blocked
Bluetooth connection may keep cutting out if it is blocked by a wall, your body, or other large electronic devices.
Utilize for a Long Period
Restart the speaker once a week to ensure a stable function of the speaker’s system and prevent error.
- To restart the speaker, press the power button once. Press it again to turn on.
- To reset the speaker, hold the power button for 4 seconds.
