There is no sound or not at right level

If sound isn't at an appropriate level, locate volume buttons on upper right hand side. Push the upper portion of the button to increase and lower portion to decrease.

The device will not power on

Your tablet will not turn on because your battery is dead. Charge the battery of your tablet by using a micro USB cable. If system crashed, then a hard reset may be required. Push both volume buttons and power button, all located on the upper right hand side, hold for 10 seconds.
