Remote isn't working

Buttons on remote are unresponsive to the user.

Auxiliary cord not plugged in correctly

Sometimes the remote is unresponsive due to the cord not being plugged into the audio device or the headphones properly. Check to make sure that the auxiliary cord is plugged into your headphones or your audio device, completely. If this does not solve your problem, read on.

Pushing the buttons appropriately

Make sure you are pushing either the "volume up," "volume down," or "play/pause" with enough pressure so that the audio device receives the function. A clicking noise should be heard each time you press a button.

Bad auxiliary cord

If your remote is still not working, the cause of your problem may be due to a factory defective auxiliary cord. Consider contacting the manufacturer, or purchase a new auxiliary cord.

Audio loss

Audio is being played through only one speaker or inaudible in both speakers.

Volume is muted

Sometimes, the user may forget to raise the volume on the audio device. Check to see if the volume on your audio device is set at an appropriate level to where you can hear the audio through your headphones.

Auxiliary cord not plugged in completely

You may be partially hearing audio, or not hearing any audio at all from your device because the auxiliary cord is not completely plugged into your headphones or your device. Make sure the auxiliary cord is plugged all the way into your audio device and/or the headphones. This can affect the remote functions as well (see above).

Bad device

The issue may not be with your headphones. It may be the jack of your audio device. Try plugging your headphones into another audio device to check and see if your headphones are functioning correctly. If the audio is still distorted, please read on.

Bad auxiliary cord

If there is no audio or the audio is distorted, the cause of your problem may be due to a factory defective auxiliary cord. Consider contacting the manufacturer, or purchase a new auxiliary cord.

Headband does not fit properly

Headphones do not fit properly over the user's head and ears.

Adjust the speakers

The headphones are adjustable to fit any size head. Make sure to pull down or push up on each speaker to adjust the device to a size suitable for your head and ears.

Bad headband

Additional parts may be needed if the headband is cracked or damaged. Consider contacting the manufacturer, or purchase a new headband to replace your current one. See the repair guide for this option.

When charging, light turns red then green. Unplug, try to turn on headphones, they don't turn on. When I try plugging headphones back into charging cord, light is red again even though I JUST pulled the cord out and haven't turned in the headphones.
