Jazz UltraTab won't turn on

No matter what you do, you can't get your Jazz UltraTab to turn on.

Press and Hold the power button

Check to see if your power button works by pressing and holding the button to see if the device turns on.

Drained/Bad Battery

If your device does not turn on with any of the buttons, your battery might be dead. Plug your Jazz UltraTab into your AC adapter and check to see if anything happens. If it does not charge, you might have to change your battery.

Bad Display

The device might be on, but your might not be able to see it. Hold your device up to ear and if you can hear any activity within your device, your display might have to be changed.

Bad Logic Board

Try plugging in your Jazz UltraTab to your computer and if it still does not turn on and your computer does not recognize the device, you might have a logic board problem.

My Jazz UltraTab Camera is not working

Before delving into the guts of your camera, lets try to trouble shoot the device

Broken/Damaged Camera

Try opening your camera application and if it fails to load or it displays a black screen, you might have a hardware problem. You might have faulty connections between the camera and the device. Please look at the repair guide for your Jazz UltraTab to see what you can do to replace your camera.

No Audio

You headphone jack on your Jazz UltraTab might be damaged.

Headphones/speakers stop working

If you can't hear any audio from your device try another pair or headphones or speakers to make sure that your device is the problem.

Bad audio jack

The most likely cause of audio output problems on the Jazz UltraTab is a bad audio-out jack. We sell the thin (30 GB) and thick (60/80 GB) headphone jacks, and we offer free guides for replacement.

Unreliable Wireless Connection

You may have a bad connection with your wireless antenna, or you simply have trouble connecting to a network successfully.

Unable to connect to a wireless network

Make sure that the wireless connection and Wi-Fi network is set up correctly. Try turning your Wi-Fi off and on because you might not have a problem with your tablet since some places with free Wi-Fi have a "lease time" after which your device might get disconnected.

If you cannot get connected on a home network, try restarting your home router. You might also want to try you internet service provider to get additional help.

Faulty antenna

If the above does not work, you might have a problem with your device's Wi-Fi antenna. Please look at the repair guide to see what you can do to fix your device's antenna.

I had my tablet fixed yesterday. Today it will turn on but I just have the Android going back and forth and thats as far as it will go.
