TV will not turn on.

The television will not produce a picture or display any lights.

The outlet or power strip is defective.

Check if power outlet or power strip is defective and make sure the device is plugged in. Connect the TV directly to a wall outlet if it is connected through a power strip.

Power cord is damaged

Check the power cord for any defects or signs of wear that might explain lack of power. Replace the cord if necessary.

Bad Lamp

Lamps often burn out after extended use. Check the lamp for any signs of blackness or soot, or if the filament is disconnected and replace if necessary. Follow this guide to replace the lamp.

*Note if lamp is defective, light will indicate, if no lights at all, mostly likely a power supply issue

Power Supply is defective

White/black dots on screen

The picture has black or white spots that do not move.

Bad DLP Chip

Permanent black and white dots on the screen are dead pixels that can only be fixed with the replacement of the DLP chip. Follow this guide to replace the DLP chip.

Won’t receive signals from devices

Restart television and device

Turn the television off and unplug it from the outlet. Plug it back in and try the connection between the television and the device. If it does not fix the problem, repeat with the device, unplugging it and then restarting it. Do these tests individually to see if the problem is with the television or the device itself.

Check power supply to other device

Try plugging in the television and device into different outlets. The problem could arise from a faulty outlet or power strip.

Defective input/output board

Dim/uneven picture or no picture

The screen displays a blurry or dark picture, or no picture at all (black screen).

Tv do not stay on .2 min later goes off it self. iS THIS MEANS BD POWER SUPPLY

My sound is good and tv is on. It does not shut off on its own. Picture is good for a while, but then the color fades. Picture is still on. What could be the issue?
